Turbocharger Systems Ltd is a new company that has been created by Premier Components UK Ltd dedicated to the remanufacturing market for supply of new internal components.
Turbocharger Systems Ltd objective is to be a world class supplier of new replacement components and assemblies for the remanufacture of turbochargers. We are able to provide an extensive range of spare parts needed to support the remanufacture of turbochargers that includes individual parts, repair kits and fully tested CHRA assemblies. Turbocharger Systems management team is drawn from experienced people with strong engineering, remanufacturing and used parts background and we want to ensure that we support our customers with high quality and reliable products.
Quality and research is a key area of Turbocharger Systems Ltd and all components have been sourced from very carefully selected companies following an extended period of research and development to reach the point where we can now launch our range of new turbocharger components.
We have had a purpose built assembly and test workshop built incorporating modern flows and workshop practices to ensure that all components are to the very highest quality standards. We are using the latest VSR balancing machines available for testing and we record the data of each balanced CHRA.
In line with the development of the new company, Turbocharger Systems have invested in the "SAP Business One" management control system which integrates all the business activities within the company, to ensure the steady flow and controls needed to ensure that our comprehensive range of new components are ready for immediate despatch.
Technical Design & Quality
Turbocharger Systems objectives are the supply of the highest quality new replacement parts to the worldwide turbocharger remanufacturers. All the parts that we supply are the result of having being fully assessed, measured and tested to ensure that the mechanical properties, material composition and all dimensions are fully compatible and in line with the original OE parts.
Quality is an ongoing process and everyone involved in our entire process from the receipt of new material to despatch of customer products has the responsibility to ensure that we maintain the highest standards and specifications at all times.
There are fundamental functions of a turbocharger that needs to be understood before design can be undertaken. Turbocharger Systems have invested in the latest technology and knowledge to aid the design and drawing of each part.
Part Numbering System
Turbocharger Systems are aware of the many numbering systems that exist and have looked to develop one that is simplified and easily understood. Language can be a barrier to receiving the assistance to ensure identifying the correct part. The Turbocharger Systems numbering system is illustrated below;
If a customer requires a water cooled bearing housing for a Garrett GT17V turbocharger, then part number would be;
G3017-7400
G - Garrett
3 - GT Range
017 - Model Type
74 - Water cooled Bearing Housing
00-99 - Individual part identity
Also to make identifying easier the number 74 is also highlighted on the cutaway drawing that accompanies each section.
